  • Once the rental period expires, the panel will automatically become inactive unless renewed.

  • Renewals are optional but must be done before the expiration date to prevent loss of access.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and ensuring their confidentiality.

  • You must not share, resell, or give access to your account or rented panel to others.

  • Any misuse, unauthorized access, or suspicious activity may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Orders and Payments

  • All payments are non-refundable once a panel is created and delivered.

  • Orders are processed automatically after successful payment confirmation.

  • HQ Rental Panel uses third-party payment gateways (like PayFast, WorkupPay, etc.) for processing.
    We are not responsible for any delays, declines, or gateway-related technical issues.

  • Prices and packages are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Renewals

  • You can renew your rental panel before the expiry date through your account dashboard.

  • Late renewals or missed payments may lead to data deletion or permanent loss of access.

  • Once a panel is deleted due to non-renewal, it cannot be restored.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use HQ Rental Panel or its services for:

  • Promoting fake engagement, spam, or violating social media platform rules.

  • Illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities.

  • Hosting phishing, malware, or any harmful content.

Violating these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban without refund.
